You’ll start the evening tasting through the Babylonstoren wine range while enjoying a selection of artisanal breads, estate-grown olives, handcrafted tapenades, cold-pressed olive oils, and aged balsamic vinegar – each offering a glimpse into the authentic farm-to-table philosophy that defines Babylonstoren.
The main course will be Moroccan pulled lamb on a potato rösti served with honey-roasted sweet potato and crème fraîche, perfectly paired with the Babylonstoren Babel. The evening concludes with a surprising and unusual Babylonstoren Ice Cream pairing for dessert.
